MINI COOKING ON THE SPORAH SHOW..!

LEAH.
I was born in Harare the capital city of Zimbabwe.I am the eldest daughter in a family of 5 children.i grew up in a big happy family with both my parents.i remember back in Zimbabwe my mother would cook porridge for us in the morning prepared with maize meal & peanut butter. She would cook sadza with beef stew/pumpkin leaf & peanut butter/chicken roast/oxtail & madora(caterpiller).I grew up eating Madora and i enjoy the delicious taste. When i got married i didn't have a problem with cooking all our traditional dishes because i was well groomed by my mother. Here in the U.K i cook sadza at least once a day.i also enjoy cooking oxtail & mazondo. When sporah visited my house i was impressed that she tasted Madora since she has never eaten them ever in her life( she is a brave young lady).
I will always give credit to God the almighty for making me the person i am today and for blessing me with awsome parents.I am very proud to be zimbabwean and i will continue to speak highly about my very good up bringing and i enjoy cooking my sadza!!!!

LETS MEET THE BEAUTIFUL LEAH..!

How on earth do u manage to be a good house wife, nurse and also manage your Leah AfricanDesign business at the same time?
My sis, modern women jiggle alot than those in the past especialy when we immigrate.
Do you think African men are the most laziest in the house?

Shoooooooooosh Sporah i think we shouldn't discus men issues now, why Leah?
That camara man is listening?
Don't mind him, gossiping is part of life for women especialy in times like this?
Ooooch did u hear that cameraman?
I dont think i can survive with a nurse,  your making me wash my hands over and over and over lol!!!.............. though i know its the right thing to do..!

This is exactly what I had been looking for the past several days. I have been trying to make ugali following recipes that I found on the internet, and I think I have figured out what I had done wrong before. For those who are not familiar with it, it appears that that wooden spoon is a very important tool. They don't make plastic or metal spoons strong enough for this. I JUST CAN'T WAIT TO WATCH THIS SHOW
