The people I have hired surprise me every day with their initiative, their commitment, and their positive energy. As a leader I truly believe this if you can get this part of the equation right everything else will follow.
After a long filming week, This morning my team surprised me..! They had put The Sporah Show's signs with our Logo everywhere around the studio.

| So i drove to work this morning and what did i find..? |

| Smoking area for my guests 2 benches to relax, facing the river, it is a cool spot for a relaxing with nice views of the river. |

The whole place was spotlessly clean and tidy, PERFECT.

Great News for our future guests, There is a workspace area for guests to use, and facilities for making tea and coffee, Great location, Free and safe Guests car parking in a very nice area.
